Will my members need to download an app?
No. Moment works with the calendar app they already use — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook. No extra app to install.
How long does setup take?
Count one to two weeks between your application and going live. During the pilot, we walk you through every step so you become self-sufficient as quickly as possible.
How do I know which tier I fall into?
The tier is based on the number of members in your organization. If you're between two tiers, we always start with the lower one — you move up when your club grows.
Why index pricing on member count?
Because the size of your audience is what measures the value of the communication channel we give you. Indexing on anything else always ends up creating absurd situations.
What happens after the pilot period ends in late 2026?
You decide. Either you continue with the founder rate (−50% for life), or you stop, and your data is returned to you cleanly. No hidden lock-in.
Who's behind Moment?
Moment is built by Romain, a developer based in Normandy. The project is bootstrapped, no investors. Which means we work for you, not for a fund.
Is my data safe?
Your events are hosted in France. We collect no personal data from your members — they subscribe to a calendar, that's it. No resale, no advertising.
What if Moment shuts down in two years?
Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time in the standard iCal format. No technical lock-in.
